Scott McVey RMT R.Kin (inactive) is now operating exclusively from Athena Beauty Spa!
Scott has been working within the field of health sciences for over 8 years. A graduate of both the Honors Bachelor of Arts Specialization in Kinesiology at the University of Western Ontario and the Massage Therapy program at Trillium College.
He has a passion for athletics and strives to pass on his knowledge to those that need it! He will be involved in the Canada Games 2022 and was involved with the Olympic trials for Canadian Wrestling as athletes try to qualify for the 2020 Olympic games. He has worked with various athletes from organizations such as the OHL, NHL and Canadian athletes for both hockey and wrestling. He has also worked various sporting events such as the U18 Women’s World Championships, the PGA Tour, Canadian Mackenzie Tour, Henley Regatta, Canadian Open and been the trainer for the Southern Tier Admirals organization as well as the Niagara Falls Jr B Canucks.
He is a current instructor at Trillium College educating the next generation of massage therapists in practical applications of massage, anatomy and physiology, as well as pathologies.
He strives to make the client the center of the treatment with client care being the main focus. He incorporates passive stretching, deep tissue, and his knowledge of athletics to bring about specific treatment for each individual client.
Scott will continue to hone his skills and advance his knowledge in the field of health sciences to continue to provide increasingly precise and accurate treatments for his clientele.

Gia – RMT
Welcome Gia Jasudavicius RMT to the Athena family ❤️🙌

Gia is a Registered Massage Therapist that successfully completed her diploma at Trillium College with honours.
She has experience with athletes in all circles but especially with her work in mixed martial arts and professional fighting since 2019. This has given her the atmosphere and knowledge to treat a variety of sports injuries while also bringing the body to peak performance levels.
She is passionate and strives to bring a better quality of life in her clients. She uses ischemic compression, PNF stretching and facial techniques in her treatment as needed.
She doesn’t just treat athletes, she is great with clients that just need to wind down from the day and would like a calming and relaxing Swedish massage.
In her spare time she like to hit a couple golf balls of a tee and spend time with family.
She is excited to join the Athena family and even more excited to meet each of you 👏
Sylviya – RMT
Silviya graduated with honors the Massage therapy program at Trillium College in 2020. She focuses on creating unique treatment plans for each individual client. She uses fascial work, trigger point therapy, stretching techniques to help fix the problem rather than mask it. She recognizes the wholeness of the human body and uses this approach when assessing a treating each client and the personalized issues they are dealing with. Her background in science (master degree in Electrical Engineering) led her to further explore the energy nature of life and of the human body. For the past 10 years, she is involved with pulsed electromagnetic therapy (Ondamed) as well as Reiki, reconnective healing and holistic nutrition. Silviya’s passion for life, healing and helping people in the health and wellness field lead her to continue expanding her knowledge and skills to better serve each and everyone of her clients at Athena Beauty Spa.
Emma – Esthetician
Emma Schuchard is a 2022 graduate of Niagara College. She is very passionate about working in the beauty industry!
She is skilled in a variety of esthetic services and eager to keep learning throughout her career to help meet all of her clients’ needs!
Emma is a very hardworking individual, and makes sure every client leaves feeling like their best self inside and out!
Emma is beyond excited to be a part of the team and get to know everyone.
Gina – Esthetician
Being an Esthetician is a passion of mine. For over 15 years I have been helping people in relaxing environments with a large variety of treatments.
Gina graduated in 2005 from The Niagara School of Esthetics. Her focus is providing facial and body treatments, waxing, pedicures, gel nails, microdermabrasion and relaxation massage. She strives to give relaxing services that are also results given.
Gina has worked in various spas in Niagara Falls, Oakville and Mississauga.
Gina is excited to be back at Athena’s where her esthetics career officially began.
Tracey – Esthetician
Tracey graduated from Niagara college in 2012 from the esthetics program & has been in the spa industry for over 10 years. Tracey is hardworking and passionate about what she does; every detail is important! She is eager to expand her knowledge and learn new things to provide to her clients. She loves to perform all esthetic services but has a special interest in facials, nail services, body treatments & a nice relaxation massage. Tracey is excited to be a part of the Athena Beauty team and can’t wait to get started!
Sarah – Esthetician
@sarahboles_esthetics – Sarah graduated from the Esthetician program at Niagara College in 2022. She is skilled in a number of services & is eager to continue learning in order to expand her knowledge in her field to provide the best service to her clients! She is energetic, driven, and professional & looks forward to getting started on each individual clients beauty needs! Sarah is ready to make her clients feel as beautiful as they are inside & out!
Rochelle – Hairstylist

Rochelle has graduated from the Niagara College Hairstyling program.
She found a passion for doing hair in Highschool and has since then been doing the hair of her friends and family.
Rochelle is kind and fun! She loves to spend her free time with friends and family.
She is well experienced in bridal updos and hairstyles and is very eager to use all her skills and learn more at Athena’s!
She loves keeping up with the latest trends and can’t wait to start mastering her craft!

Angel – Hairstylist
@hairstyling_angel – Angel has graduated from Cappa School of Hairstyling & Aesthetics in March 2020. She strives to master colours and craft the art of cuts! She’s very excited to join the team and meet each and every one of you during your hair journey! She is very eager to continue learning new techniques while bettering herself as a stylist while ensuring each one of the clients leaving obsessed with their new hair.
