Scott has been working within the field of health sciences for over 12 years. A graduate of both the Honors Bachelor of Arts Specialization in Kinesiology at the University of Western Ontario and the Massage Therapy program at Trillium College.
He has a passion for athletics and strives to pass on his knowledge to those that need it!
He was the medical lead for the Canada Games 2022 for baseball and has been involved with the Olympic trials for various Canadian National Sport Organizations as athletes try to qualify for the 2020 & 2024 Olympic games.
He has worked with various athletes from organizations such as the OHL, NHL, NLL, CFL, Strongman Canada, and Canadian Olympic athletes. He has also worked various sporting events domestic and internationally such as the National Cycling Championships, Olympic Trials for Team Canada Swimming, Olympic Trials for Team Canada Wrestling, World Ball Hockey Championships, U18 Women’s Hockey World Championships, the PGA Tour, Canadian Mackenzie Tour, Henley Regatta, Canadian Open and many more! He has also been the athletic trainer for the Southern Tier Admirals organization as well as the Niagara Falls Canucks.
He is a current instructor at Trillium College educating the next generation of massage therapists in practical applications of massage, anatomy and physiology, as well as pathologies.
He strives to make the client the center of the treatment with client care being the main focus. He incorporates passive stretching, deep tissue, and his knowledge of athletics to bring about specific treatment for each individual client. Scott will continue to hone his skills and advance his knowledge in the field of health sciences to continue to provide increasingly precise and accurate treatments for his clientele.

Gia is a Registered Massage Therapist that successfully completed her diploma at Trillium College with honours.
She has experience with athletes in all circles but especially with her work in mixed martial arts and professional fighting since 2019. This has given her the atmosphere and knowledge to treat a variety of sports injuries while also bringing the body to peak performance levels.
She is passionate and strives to bring a better quality of life in her clients. She uses ischemic compression, PNF stretching and facial techniques in her treatment as needed.
She doesn’t just treat athletes, she is great with clients that just need to wind down from the day and would like a calming and relaxing Swedish massage.
In her spare time she like to hit a couple golf balls of a tee and spend time with family.
She is excited to join the Athena family and even more excited to meet each of you 👏
Sylviya – RMT
Silviya graduated with honors the Massage therapy program at Trillium College in 2020. She focuses on creating unique treatment plans for each individual client. She uses fascial work, trigger point therapy, stretching techniques to help fix the problem rather than mask it.
She recognizes the wholeness of the human body and uses this approach when assessing a treating each client and the personalized issues they are dealing with. Her background in science (master degree in Electrical Engineering) led her to further explore the energy nature of life and of the human body.
For the past 10 years, she is involved with pulsed electromagnetic therapy (Ondamed) as well as Reiki, reconnective healing and holistic nutrition. Silviya’s passion for life, healing and helping people in the health and wellness field lead her to continue expanding her knowledge and skills to better serve each and everyone of her clients at Athena Beauty Spa.

Since graduating the Massage Therapy program at Trillium college with honours, Stefania has dedicated her time to people who suffer from injuries, long term medical conditions, and different dysfunctions to help reduce pain, increase relaxation and promote over all wellness.
Through Swedish massage and advanced techniques, her goal is to help you enjoy life with limited restrictions or to just help you relax after a long day! Stefania is currently furthering her education to add multiple modalities and skills to her treatments such as cupping, hot stone and more! 🔥
Stefania is a huge advocate for mental health and a big believer in taking time for self care to promote mental stability. She also strongly believes in practicing mindfulness to maintain a healthy relationship with one’s self! On her spare time you can find her at the gym or spending time with her family! She can’t wait to aid you on your wellness journey! ❤️ Hours are 10-4 Tuesday-Saturday.

Ethan is a recent massage therapy graduate from Niagara College who likes to work towards reducing muscle tightness, promoting a relaxing experience, and decreasing symptoms of pain and tension.
His love for studying the human anatomy started with a Bachelor’s of Applied Health studying Kinesiology at Brock University in 2023.

Isabel a registered massage therapist with a successful completion of my diploma at Niagara College with honours.
She has experience with clients of all ages and conditions including mental health conditions. 🧠
Isabel’s main goal and focus is always client centered care as she aims to reduce anxiety, tension, headaches, pain, and all around enhance her clients wellbeing through Swedish and advanced massage techniques.
She has always had an interest in human anatomy and massage as a child due to spending so much time in physiotherapy and massage settings with her mom who worked as an administrator and occasionally let her assist. 💪
She is eventually aiming to further my education into specialized lymphatic drainage massage for clients struggling with chronic lymphedema and patients recovering from surgery as well as cupping for promoting blood flow and healing.

Gina – Esthetician
Being an Esthetician is a passion of mine. For over 15 years I have been helping people in relaxing environments with a large variety of treatments.
Gina graduated in 2005 from The Niagara School of Esthetics. Her focus is providing facial and body treatments, waxing, pedicures, gel nails, microdermabrasion and relaxation massage. She strives to give relaxing services that are also results given.
Gina has worked in various spas in Niagara Falls, Oakville and Mississauga.
Gina is excited to be back at Athena’s where her esthetics career officially began.
Tracey – Esthetician
Tracey graduated from Niagara college in 2012 from the esthetics program & has been in the spa industry for over 10 years.
Tracey is hardworking and passionate about what she does; every detail is important! She is eager to expand her knowledge and learn new things to provide to her clients.
She loves to perform all esthetic services but has a special interest in facials, nail services, body treatments & a nice relaxation massage.

Lorraine is a Registered Acupuncturist and Certified Athletic Therapist with a Bachelor of Health and Physical Education from Mount Royal University. 
She combines Eastern and Western approaches to treat a wide range of concerns including pain, stress, anxiety, sleep disturbances, and digestive issues.
Her treatments often include Traditional Chinese Medicine Acupuncture, motor point needling, gua sha, cupping, and tui na massage techniques to support healing and restore balance.
Lorraine also specializes in facial acupuncture, a treatment that works holistically to address both the face and the internal body systems that influence skin health. She has a deep appreciation for a whole-body approach that supports natural radiance and graceful aging from the inside out.
With her background in Athletic Therapy, Lorraine brings comprehensive knowledge of the musculoskeletal system and is passionate about addressing the root cause to support holistic healing.
